- The build fee and Grow 1 retainer for months 1–3 are free. The only cost is the platform fee of Rp 1.5 million/year paid upfront — covering hosting and automated monthly reports.
- What are case study rights?
- We document the results — traffic, leads, ROI — and use them when speaking with prospective clients. Your business name and photos are displayed with your permission. You can decline specific parts.
- How does the selection process work?
- We read all applications and contact the best-fit candidates within 2 business days. Key criteria: established business with real customers and an interesting angle worth documenting.
- What happens after 3 months?
- You can continue on Grow 1 at Rp 750k/month, or move down to Starter. The platform fee is already paid upfront so your website stays active regardless.
- Do I need to be in Jakarta?
- Jakarta and Jabodetabek are preferred for initial coordination. If your business is outside this area but particularly interesting, apply anyway — we consider each case individually.
